Skanska builds court- and office building in Sollentuna, Sweden, for about SEK 420 million
The new building, which will contain courtrooms as well as offices and commercial premises, will be connected with existing Attunda District Court. The project comprises a gross area of about 17,000 square meters spread over 15 floors. The building will contain negotiation rooms, safety rooms, training facilities and workplaces. On the ground floor there will be premises for shops and cafes, while the top floor will comprise office premises for other tenants.
The building aims to be certified BREEAM Excellent. BREEAM is an international environmental certification system that is characterized by a holistic thinking of buildings and its impact on the environment.
Construction starts in the fourth quarter of 2017 with planned completion during spring 2020.
