Murphy McCullough new Business Unit President for Skanska Commercial Development USA

Murphy McCullough has worked for Skanska since 2011 and holds the position of Executive Vice President for CDUS in Seattle/Bellevue in the state of Washington since 2016.

“Murphy has been instrumental in developing our business in Seattle and Bellevue. Under his strong leadership Skanska has successfully delivered several projects including 2+U, Skanska’s single biggest commercial development investment ever. I really look forward to work closer together with Murphy to continue to develop our commercial development business in the U.S.,” says Claes Larsson, Executive Vice President, Skanska Group.

Murphy will report to Claes Larsson, who has served as the interim head of commercial development operations in the U.S. since May 12th of this year.

Charlie Foushee, Vice President for CDUS in Seattle/Bellevue, succeeds Murphy McCullough.

Since 2009, Skanska Commercial Development USA has initiated projects in commercial and multi-family projects with a total investment at completion of more than USD 3 billion, creating more than 1 million square meters of sustainable and community focused developments in select U.S. markets.
