The new residential project will enhance the attractiveness of the location and help revitalize it by connecting it to the broader city center. The new 7-section residential building will create a semi-open courtyard with ample green space, play elements, and gazebos. Retail and service facilities will be integrated into the project. Tram and metro stations are located nearby, providing easy access to the city center.

Habitat focuses on energy efficiency, incorporating green roofs with photovoltaic panels, photothermal panels, and advanced water-saving measures, including grey water recycling systems. The new building meets the stringent requirements of the international BREEAM sustainability certification, at VERY GOOD level.

Construction of this phase started in April 2025 with expected completion in 2027.

The new Habitat residential district will be developed on a brownfield site in five phases, offering over a thousand apartments on a 70,000 square-meter plot. The entire project is scheduled to be completed within ten years.
