Skanska awarded additional contract for state-of-the-art R&D facility in USA, worth USD 97 M, about SEK 630 M

Skanska and a joint venture partner have been awarded an additional contract as construction manager of the state-of-the-art research and development facility in the USA, which was previously announced. Skanska’s 50 percent share is USD 97 M, about SEK 630 M, which will be included in the order bookings for Skanska USA Building in the second quarter of 2014.

Skanska anticipates additional amendments to the contract as subsequent work and associated prices are agreed to. Skanska’s part of those additions will be in the order bookings for Skanska USA Building in the quarter in which they are signed.
